BODY & BEYOND is the first STOTT PILATES® Reformer studio in Skopje and North Macedonia, a place where every body is seen, heard, and guided with care. We work with professional equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel) and carefully selected props with which exercises are modified and challenged, making the training more interesting and effective. We offer reformer workouts for different levels, restorative pilates, reformer yoga, and yoga in its traditional form. Every class takes place under the guidance of a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor, focusing on safety, proper technique, and support in the process. Before we begin, we get to know your body, health condition, and goals. We create the program individually, whether you want to improve posture, get rid of pain, or simply feel stronger and better in your body. Our priority is conscious, safe, and quality movement.
